The 9-1/2in Square It Up or Fussy Cut Square designed by Penny Haren for Creative Grids® has horizontal, vertical, and diagonal markings to make squaring up your blocks up to 9-1/2in squares a breeze.

· Made in the USA with high quality acrylic and precision measurements ensuring accuracy for your quilting, sewing, patchwork, and crafting projects.
· Creative Grids® exclusive non-slip grip allows you to easily slide the ruler over the fabric until positioned correctly. Then, when slight pressure is applied, the grip holds the ruler in place, eliminating slipping while you cut.
· Use these lines to center and trim embroidery designs, applique blocks, and even fussy cut T-Shirts for T-Shirt quilts. (Fussy cutting is choosing a specific design in the fabric to showcase in your project.).
· The drilled holes at 1-1/2in to 8-1/2in increments make it possible to square up, mark and add the seam allowance all at once.
· To fussy cut, center a fabric design in the 1in – 9in printed black solid squares. Mark the fabric through the drilled holes to add the seam allowance to your fussy cut piece. They're marked with a white dashed line on the ruler. Simply connect the dots and cut to size.
